How Many Days Will The Plan Cover?

Diet plans cover 7 days of eating. Our plans are designed to be cycled as many times as necessary to achieve your desired goal. The majority of clients cycle the plan for at least 2 months.

Do I Have to Follow The Planned Days in Succession?

No, it’s entirely up to you! Each day within the plan has been designed to enable clients to switch them around whenever they please – many clients find that there are certain days which they prefer and choose to follow them more often than others.

What’s Included in The Plan?

Our Precision Diet Plan provides you with 7 days worth of food, or 7 individual daily plans, where all of the calories and the macronutrients which make up those calories (protein, carbohydrate and fat) have been calculated.

The product also contains a full set of instructions on how to understand and follow your plan.

Is This Diet Plan High in Protein?

Yes. Unless designed via our bespoke diet plan service, all of our diet plans could be considered ‘high in protein’. Each day in this plan has a minimum of 150g of protein.
